Returns & Exchanges

It’s important to all of us at Manymoons that your little ones play comfy and that you love your purchase! If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with your purchase, we welcome returns and exchanges both online and in our stores.

Items may be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days from the date of your purchase, accompanied with your proof of purchase. Purchases not accompanied with a receipt will receive a 20% Give Back Credit based on the value of the original purchase price paid.

We welcome gift returns within 60 days of the purchase date for a merchandise credit, accompanied by proof of purchase. For all returns and exchanges, items must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags intact and attached. Clothing sets, toys, and accessories must include all related parts and pieces.

In Store Purchases

Most purchases made in our store may be returned in our store for free  or online for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns shipped back to our warehouse will incur a $10 returns processing fee.

Online Purchases

Most online purchases may be returned in our store for free or online for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $10 return processing fee to ship back your return to our warehouse.

FAQs

WHICH ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

You can return most in-store or online purchases within 30-days of the purchase date or 60-days of the purchase date for a gift return.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Manymoons gift cards cannot be returned. Additionally, any item that has been worn, washed, or does not have tags intact and attached cannot be returned for a full refund. These items will be eligible to receive Give Back credit based on the value of the original purchase price.

IS THERE A FEE TO RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?

To start your online return, email contact@manymoons.com. There is a $10 return processing fee for all returns shipped back to our warehouse. You can return your purchase for free to any of our stores. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY RECEIPT?

No worries! Hopefully you have created an account which provides both you and our team visibility to your purchases and rentals. If you don’t have an account, we will make every effort to locate your purchase in our system. Your name, email, date and location of purchase will be helpful. 
If we are able to locate your purchase you can receive a full refund to the original form of payment. 
If we are unable to locate your purchase transaction you will still be eligible to receive Give Back credit worth 20% of the value of the item at the time of the return. Give Back value may vary based on product category.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I REMOVED THE TAGS?

Items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if all tags are intact and attached. If the tags are not attached we are happy to take the item(s) back and provide a 20% Give Back Credit based on the value of the original purchase price paid. Give Back value may vary based on product category.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT IF I DON’T HAVE A GIFT RECEIPT?

Our goal is your happiness! We’re happy to accept your gift return (even if unaccompanied with a gift receipt) if you can provide the purchaser name and/or email address used to make the original purchase. We will make every effort to locate the purchase in our system. If found, you will receive a merchandise credit worth the original purchase price paid.  If we are unable to locate the purchaser information, we will provide a 20% Give Back Credit based on the current price.

CAN I RETURN A RENTAL ITEM?

We’re happy to provide a 5 day window from the time your product arrives for you to postmark you intended return for a full refund, and your first month rent will be refunded. If your items are postmarked outside of the 5-day period, the first month’s rental fee will not be refunded. See our Rental FAQs for more information.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM A MANYMOONS CAPSULE?
