Don’t worry about any damage, or how long ago you bought! Every Manymoons item you outgrow gets you store credit worth 20% of the original price of the item you purchased from us – gifts included!

*Purchased online? We’ll email you the free shipping label for your return, plus send you a Lifetime Credit you can redeem online with no expiration!

Borobabi promises a “pristine clean!”

All our Pre-Loved garments always pass a “like-new” test & our cleaning technology is safe & state-of-the-art. 

All our items are laundered using detergents that are approved for infant use and have “A ratings” from the Environmental Working Group.  

Our laundry partners use UV-C light technology to sterilize the water, killing any bacteria and viruses that could be present.

Have an unworn item & want to send it back for a full refund?


All Manymoons returns for refunds can only be made without penalty if :

NEW items have tags intact and are returned unworn/unstained

Pre-Loved items come back in the same condition they were received.

For Manymoons Bundle Returns:

Once the Manymoons Bundle arrives at your door, you’ve entered the “Try-On Period.” You have 5 days to decide: rent, buy or return!  All items you do not select must be returned with tags intact (if any) and in the same “like-new” condition they were sent to your door. If your bundle items are not post-marked by day (5) five of your “try-on period,” we reserve the right to charge you for every item unreturned. 

If you shopped your own items:

Rental Returns:

Manymoons gives you (3) three days from the time your product arrives to post-mark your intended return for a refund. If your items are not post-marked for return within (3) three days, the first month’s rental fee will not be refunded.

Purchased Items:

Manymoons gives you (10) ten days from the time your product arrives to post-mark your intended return on purchases for a refund. If you items are not post-marked for return within (10) ten days, then they become eligible for the lifetime return credit worth 20% of the original purchase price.

Have an unworn item & need to make a switch? 


All Manymoons exchanges can only be made if :

NEW items have tags intact and are returned unworn/unstained

Pre-Loved items come back in the same condition they were received.

All exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

For Manymoons Bundle Exchanges:

You can request size exchanges in your follow-up survey response and customer service will be in contact. If you have any questions, reach out to us at contact@manymoons.com.

If you shopped your own items:

Rental Exchanges:

Manymoons gives you (3) three days from the time your product arrives to post-mark your intended return for an exchange. Please contact Manymoons customer service at contact@manymoons.com to make your exchange request.

Purchased Exchanges:

Manymoons gives you (10) ten days from the time your product arrives to post-mark your intended return for an exchange. Please contact Manymoons customer service at contact@manymoons.com to make your exchange request.

All Manymoons rental products have an associated monthly rental price. 

We charge per item, per month for as long as you keep an item. 

If you return any item within your first 30 days of rental, we always charge the full first month price as a minimum charge.

After your first month of rental, you only pay for the total number of days you keep the item, and we refund you any balance, based on the post-marked date you shipped your items back to us.

We never charge rental fees more than the original retail price. 
In the event that your cumulative rental charges equal the original retail price, we stop charging you rental rates, and you own the product (AND!! your item is eligible for the 20% LIFETIME CREDIT)!

On average, most parents rent our items for around 4 months

At Manymoons, we encourage our community to wear items as long as possible, and to help our quality designs “live their best life.”

Our garments are best cared for when you wash in cold water, and hang OR dry on low heat.

Remember – no matter how long you decide to keep Manymoons clothing – our rental policy states we NEVER charge more on rental fees than the actual purchase price!
Once your rental charges equal the original retail price, we stop charging you rental rates, and you own the product (AND!! your item is eligible for the 20% LIFETIME CREDIT)!

No matter how you shop Manymoons, we aim to keep our clothing out of landfills. 

When you’ve finished with a Manymoons Bundle, or your child has grown out of an item, just ship any or all your items back with your pre-paid label.

For Manymoons Bundles: Our Bundles are curated with care by real mom stylists! Once you take your style quiz, we may engage with you to get all the details in your Bundle just right! Shipping takes place once we have your style & sizes chosen the way you should expect! We usually curate and ship bundles within 5 business days of your order request, however it can take longer. We’ll always keep you posted with our handy mobile texts! 

For A La Carte Shopping: We guarantee shipment within one business day of your order placement on all individually shopped items. 

Manymoons ALWAYS promises to contact you within one business day of any order placement- guaranteed! 

Should there be any interruption with your shipment OR any stock issue with your order, we will notify you via email, and modify your charges immediately.

Manymoons partners with several companies, from startups to non-profits, who are disrupting the recycling + composting space. 

We partner based on material recyclability. If item materials & fibers are blended, we recycle our garments when they’ve “lived their best lives.”

We carry mostly naturally derived mono-materials like cotton, wool, and linen because of their ability to be easily composted.
